Thank you for shopping with 528love.com. We want you to love your engraved vessels and wellness products. Below are our shipping and returns policies.

Shipping

  • UK Shipping
    • Standard delivery: £4.99
    • Delivery time: 2–4 business days
    • Tracked via Royal Mail or courier
  • International Shipping (EU, USA, rest of world)
    • Standard international: £9.99–£14.99 (depending on country and weight)
    • Delivery time: 7–21 business days (customs may cause delays)
    • Tracked where available
  • Order Processing
    • All orders are hand-engraved and processed within 1–3 business days.
    • Custom engravings (personal messages, Bible verses, etc.) may take 1 extra day.
  • Free Shipping Threshold
    • Orders over £75 within the UK qualify for free standard shipping (excludes custom rush requests).

We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 2pm GMT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the custom/hand-engraved nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

  • Non-custom items (standard engraved vessels without personal text or special requests):
    • 14-day return window from delivery date
    • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging
    • You pay return shipping cost
    • Full refund (excluding original shipping fee) once we receive and inspect the item
  • Custom-engraved items (personal messages, names, Bible verses, custom designs):
    • Custom orders are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable
    • We double-check all engraving before dispatch, but if there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect engraving due to our error), contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund
  • How to Return
    1. Email us at info@528love.com within the return window with your order number and reason.
    2. We’ll send you a return address and instructions.
    3. Package securely and include a note with your order number.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (original payment method) within 5–7 business days.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping).
